If you wish to return any parts please complete and return the Parts Returns Form found on Moto4Parts to request authorisation for the return. You will need to provide the invoice number on which the goods were supplied and a reason for their return. The request will be investigated and if authorised, you will be contacted and issued with a returns authorisation number. This number should be noted onto a returns authorisation form that must be fully completed and returned with the goods. The issue of a returns authorisation number does not in any way imply that the goods returned will be credited in part or full. It is the responsibility of the dealer to return the goods to us. However, If due to the size or weight of the goods it is agreed that MotoGB will collect them, please ensure that the goods are adequately packed for transportation. MotoGB will not be liable for any damage to returned goods due to inadequate packaging, whether on MotoGB’ own transport or on a third party carrier. A handling charge of up to 25% will be incurred on the return of all units, and collection charges will be applied where necessary if for reasons other than warranty.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days. Dealers have 30 calendar days (from invoice date) to submit any claims and a further 30 days to return the item after authorisation. Items with a trade value of less than £20.00 will not be accepted for return. Any parts returned to us should be in their original packaging and fit for re-sale. Goods returned without authorisation will not be credited. In such cases the Dealer may arrange, at his/her cost to have the goods returned to him/her, otherwise the goods will be disposed of.
Moto4Parts is compulsory for all MotoGB Vehicle Dealers and free at point of use. MotoGB will differentiate between the following methods of spare parts order: It is the responsibility of the Dealer to advise MotoGB in writing if they wish to cancel any back orders. Back order lists are available upon request should you need to establish what parts you have outstanding.
Orders received before 3.00pm for parts in MotoGB’s stock will be despatched the same day, but larger packages may be shipped with MotoGB scheduled deliveries of Products unless specifically requested, in which case, an extra carriage charge will be made. Please Note: All orders are processed subject to approval from our Credit Control Department.
