Regional Business Manager - South
We have a vacancy for a candidate to join our team as a Regional Business Manager. Managing our Southern Territory, you will be responsible for some of the fastest growing brands in the industry, Benelli, Keeway, SYM, VOGE, Lambretta, Royal Alloy, Morbidelli, FB Mondial, and reporting to the UK sales Manager, you will be working as a key member of the sales and marketing team. You will develop close working partnerships with our dealer network to ensure they maximise performance whilst delivering the very best in customer service. Key to the position is a business focused approach to dealer relationships, reporting, coaching and monitoring the performance of all aspects of each dealership and the region as a whole. Passionate and enthusiastic about motorcycles, you will want to be part of a team that works in partnership with our dealers.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and marketing in a dealer distribution environment. You will have excellent communication skills, exceptional levels of professionalism and a full understanding of retailing in the motorcycle industry. You must be dynamic in your approach and be able to work on your own initiative, visiting both existing and new prospect dealers within the territory. Excellent organisational, PC, and social media skills are also a must. Experience of a similar role from within the motorcycle/automotive industries would certainly be an advantage.
