Heres how Our customer Tim has personalised his Royal Enfield.
Chose a black one for a classic look, added small screen ,manx retro ! Centre stand for ease of care and maintenance, fork gaiters to keep it clean. Sidelight bulb swapped out for an ultrabright led, be seen be safe ! Stock headlamp is excellent.
Seemed quiet so swapped the silencers for budget brit type, sounded far better and saved 8.5kgs weight over stock pair !
Added a mudflap at the front saving wear on casings , removed plastic rear mudguard extender, enhanced the look.
Was a bit heavy on the wrists and palms leaning in so foam grips applied.
Kick plates and carb trims were deadly sharp at the edges, dangerous when cleaning so removed and emeried.
Tank knee rubbers applied to save paint and keep legs warmer.
Bar end mirrors added again for the looks !
Performance still felt inhibited, slow throttle response. Air cleaner changed for dna performance filter and airbox lid swapped off for a retaining collar, transformed throttle response and increased power, sounds awesome too !
Gold oem rear shocks removed in favour of black spring Hagon shocks. Firmed up rear and looks a proper brit now !
Going to Keis for front fork upgrade.Bit bouncy at 60 !
