One of the most overlooked bikes on the market right now. The Honda CB1000R is more than just another supernaked. Well it's not really a supernaked actually, it's more of a high power retro with a modern twist. And what a twist!

The refined Fireblade engine is one of the best in its class. The bottom end is smooth and linear, while remaining grunty at the mids and exciting at the top end. Of course the inline-four doesn't have much character but it will growl when you accelerate hard and it sounds really good even with the stock exhaust.
To manage its power the CB1000R comes with an amazing electronic package. Four riding modes which includes a 'user' fully custom mode. Traction control, engine braking and power can all be set as you like.
The ride is smooth although a little soft at the rear. But you can easily adjust the shock preload and rebound damping. While at the front there's a 43mm fully-adjustable Showa fork. It feels like a proper sportsbike should and it corners so well.
The seating position is just slightly forward reaching to the handlebars but the foot controls are in a nice sporty position. Not the extreme kind though by any stretch.
Steering is light and accurate thanks to the slimmer and smaller body upgraded from the previous version. Now the 10-spoke wheels are also wider (190 at the rear), the tyres equipped grip very well and the brakes are powerful too. At the front the 310mm dual disc set up has a Tokico type radial caliper while at the rear there's a 256mm single disc with single-piston caliper.

With 143 bhp and a wet weight of 212 kg this bike feels very agile and cannot be overlooked!
The front LED headlight, rear end and the single sided swingarm are just stunning. I absolutely love the look of the Neo Sport Cafe CB1000R. So if you're looking for a beautiful powerful naked machine this is it!
