Pure class!!! ?? True professionals and exceptional attention to detail! My recent purchase of a QJ Motor SRT 600 S was seamless. After learning about the new introduction of this bike in the UK and having studied it online I popped into the dealership to learn more. I spoke with Andrew (dealership principle) who guided me through the bike and explained everything in detail. After a short negotiation the deal was secured and the bike was ordered. Very happy too!! I was kept up to date with regards delivery time and the bikes progress. On the day of collection I was greeted by Neil who duly looked after me. Now I've known Neil for some years and he never fails with his true professional manner, knowledge and friendly delivery. Paperwork and payment was swiftly processed and the details explained in full with regards the bike and servicing etc. The bike itself was presented absolutely immaculately. Im a stickler for detail and the bike was just that!! I rode away feeling very content and an extremely happy customer. ? In conclusion - if you need a new (or second hand) bike then look no further! They provide what many don't and that is friendly, honest and professional service with a smile. Equally with the now greater growth of Chinese motorbikes, this dealership is the leader with regards that! Their knowledge, understanding and wide choice of models is superb. This is my second Chinese bike (previously a CF Moto 800 MT Sport) and they are just phenomenal value for money. Quality, performance and excellence all in one. Really polite and friendly here, the bike was inside the showroom, I didn’t feel confident pulling the bike out myself and the sales assistant was more than happy to help, after a couple of minutes of looking around the bike we decided we wanted to hear it outside, this was not an issue whatsoever and wasn’t even questioned, he took it outside and we listened to the Bike outside. No pressure selling no nothing like that, bikes are really clean, what more can you want. Unfortunately, they don’t offer test rides which makes it slightly difficult to find the bike you want. I don’t feel this will be the last time I come here as I was really impressed.
